Change and Innovation

In today’s dynamic world, organisations and employees must be able to continually respond to change. Would you like to play a key role in this as HR manager? And do you believe that people can make the difference in these innovation processes, as opposed to organisational structures? In the Change and Innovation minor, you will learn everything about change management and how you can tailor your staff policy so that employees can respond flexibly and proactively to change.

  • Attend guest lectures given by various change experts from all kinds of sectors.
  • Learn everything about leadership, business culture, power, innovation strategies and valuing talent.

The minor is worth 15 ECTS credits and is offered in English in Leeuwarden. The course concludes with a research project, presentations and a reflection report.
