In the minor intrapreneurship, in a period of 9 weeks, you gain experiences that helps strengthen your professional attitude and being entrepreneurial within a network organisation. Iteratively you work on a new product, service or improvement for the partner organisation.
After completion of the module, you have gained experience that will help to strengthen your professional attitude and enabling you to to be entrepreneurial within a network organisation. You can also connect these experiences to previously acquired skills, and contributes it to your knowledge building so that you are an alumni-plus after graduating; someone that is highly sought after in the field, because of your ability to:
move effectively through an organisation, able to identify potential key partners, approach them for, and (effectively) involve them in a project that both parties are interested in;
see, explore, create design opportunities in an organisation, and conceptualise, and make them concrete;
present very convincingly (with good arguments), initiate actions and create support;
develop yourself effectively by working on and achieve defined learning objectives, training and reflection.
