Structure of the minor
Prior legal knowledge is useful, but not required. One of the assignments is a moot court session in which students are expected to present a legal argumentation in an international legal case in front of a real judge.
You will also work on a research report regarding a practical legal issue in an international context, on which you and your group are expected to advise.
The assigments are supported by various modules an training, such as a module international public law, mediation, intercultural skills and legal English.
Literature: varies per year, dependent on the subject of the case/research
