Corona update 26 January 2022

The Dutch Cabinet announced on Tuesday 26 January that a number of the current corona measures will be lifted or updated. Higher education will have updated quarantine rules and the catering industry is allowed to reopen under certain conditions.

We’re glad to have you back!

We are happy to welcome everyone again on our locations. We do want to remind you of the following when you are visiting our locations:

  • It is strongly advised to keep 1,5 metres distance of others within the campus buildings.
  • Wearing a face mask is mandatory within and around the campus buildings for everyone and when sitting in a place where 1.5 meters distance cannot be maintained. Using disposable face masks is recommended, preferably a type II mask.
  • Do a self-test twice a week if you’re coming to campus. Students and employees can order free self-tests online.
  • Follow the basic rules, which continue to apply.
  • The current corona measures for education can be reviewed on our last corona update.

Catering industry reopens

All our hospitality and catering facilities reopen starting 26 January. Guests of our restaurants are only allowed when they provide a coronavirus entry pass, and they will be assigned fixed seats. Wearing a face mask in our restaurants is also mandatory. The face mask can be removed when seated.

Opening times for facilities

  • Guests of the Notiz Hotel can now have breakfast in restaurant Wannee.
  • Restaurant Wannee will be opened for lunch and dinner on 31 January.
  • All Campus Catering is now open (with the exemption of Café IF due to a technical malfunction).
