You can also contact the Service Desk on servicedesk@nhlstenden.com and our Self Service Portal. Requests received this way will be processed on working days between 9am and 5pm. If necessary, we will contact you by phone to go over the details of your request.

If you are unable to follow online education, please contact your study coach or your contact person for your study programme as soon as possible. If you do not know who your contact person is, please get in touch with Student Info on studentinfo@nhlstenden.com.
