Support and Servicedesk

Coronavirus developments have resulted in modified opening hours. Our top priority now is to support working digitally from home and to provide distance education. As a result, it can sometimes take a little longer to get answers to questions relating to other subjects. We ask for your understanding.

Opening hours and accessibility Serviceplein

The Service Desk front office is closed until further notice. There is a support team ready to assist you by phone regarding working from home and providing digital education via Blackboard or Microsoft Teams. This team can be reached on working days from 8.00 to 16.00 via +31 (0)58 -251 2552.

You can also reach the Servicedesk at servicedesk@nhlstenden.com and through our Self Service Portal, on working days between 9.00 and 17.00. Requests received in this way will be processed. If necessary, we will contact you by phone to go through the details of your request. We can also temporarily take over your screen to assist you directly with your question or request.
