
Margo Lambers trained as an educational psychologist (obtaining her degree from Groningen University) and since 1988, has been working in the Seminary for Special Education at Utrecht University of Applied Sciences, where she is a member of the Early Childhood Expertise Centre and provides training and courses on early childhood.
In addition, she also provides modules in the MasterSen programme, is affiliated with the postgraduate course in Early Childhood Development and has created a development monitoring model for young children. Ms Lambers has been a member of the Research Group since 2015, where her area of focus is the rich learning environment and how this is integrated into the behavior of teachers in lower secondary school.
