Admission requirements:
- For students or staff who have completed the Social Dutch 1 (formerly Basic Dutch 1) course and wish to develop further in Dutch.
- For those who have not followed the previous course, we offer an intake. This helps us determine your level and place you in the right group.
NHL Stenden employees:
The cost of this course will be reimbursed from MyAcademy's central professionalisation budget. Signing up is not optional; after registration, your participation is expected. Please consult your team leader before registering.
Location:
The course will be held at NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences, Leeuwarden location. Rengerslaan 10, 8917 DD Leeuwarden.
Start of the course:
After registering for this course, you will receive an e-mail confirming your registration and an invoice. Once payment is completed, you are officially enrolled. One week before the start of the course, you will receive a timetable by e-mail. In case of insufficient enrolments, the course fee will be refunded.
Should you decide not to take the course after registration, please let us know as soon as possible.
Target group:
The course is suitable for anyone who has mastered the basics of Dutch and wants to learn more about it. You may have already taken the Dutch for Beginners A1 course, but this is not a requirement.
Cancellation:
In the unlikely event that you cannot attend the course, it is only possible to cancel in advance. Only then will we refund the course fee. If you cancel during or after the start of the course, we will not give you a refund.
Free space points:
In consultation with your study programme, you can earn free space points for this course. This requires at least 80 per cent attendance, passing the final test and active participation in the lessons.
