Barbara (22) is a student from Italy, studying Tourism Management at NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences. She is now in her second year of the study programme and she'd like to share her experiences so far as a student in Leeuwarden.

Denisa Oprea and Denisa Bereş are two 20-year old Romanian students, who study International Hospitality Management (Fast Track) at NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences. We asked them about their experiences with their study programme, and the Netherlands. Denisa Oprea (DO): ‘Just to be clear, yes it is a coincidence that we are both called Denisa, are both from Romania, the same age, and in the same class. We are from different parts of Romania and live about five hours apart!’

Katrine (21) is a Latvian third-year Leisure and Events Management student (L&EM, previously Leisure Management) at NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences. She shares her course experiences and speaks about being an NHL Stenden ambassador.

Marie (24) is a German third-year International Hospitality Management (IHM) student at NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences. We asked her about her internship and her experiences at NHL Stenden.

Yorick Vlaar (28), a hotel management graduate, is currently working as a consultant at VFM Facility Experts. He will gladly tell you what he gained from his studies and why he chose to go to South-Africa for half a year during his time as a student.
