Hans Schulski
Programme Manager

Hans Schülski

‘I work as a programme manager at the Centre for Entrepreneurship. I am committed to setting up a university-wide club on entrepreneurship. Together with a fantastic team, I facilitate a fluid connection between entrepreneurship and studying, during and alongside your studies. I feel proud when I walk through our building on Thursday afternoons and feel the energy of enterprising students brainstorming together.’

Bauke Foppele
Community Manager

Bauke Foppele

‘I come up with creative ideas to grow our community and check what the need of our students is.  I organise workshops, you can ask me for a coaching session and I direct our network of partners who help you further as an entrepreneur. Such as Founded in Friesland or Friese Zaken. If you are an entrepreneur and studying at NHL Stenden, this cool community can bring you a lot.’

Inge Visser
Coordinator

Inge Visser

‘I work as a coordinator at the Center for Entrepreneurship. Literally being the backbone of the CfE and strengthening to enable entrepreneurship and education. Part of this includes developing the Top Entrepreneurs Scheme (TOR). I am proud that this is partly a part of my signature. This will make entrepreneurship and education even more effectively. With a background as a (sub-)top athlete, I understand entrepreneurial students like no other, there are many similarities. In fact, I see the importance of all facets of facilitating entrepreneurship or entrepreneurialism, from TOR to community to educational offerings.’

Merel Mulderij
Community & Events

Merel Mulderij

‘’Creating awesome events for student entrepreneurs is my goal. As event coordinator, I look for enthusiastic people who give workshops or master classes and guest speakers who are an inspiration to our community members. I think I can offer a good programme that meets the questions young entrepreneurs have. After all, I am an entrepreneur myself and run a webshop with products for people with curly hair.’

Roy Rocks
Entrepreneurship Consultant

Roy Rocks

‘Bringing entrepreneurial students one step closer to their entrepreneurial dream is what energises me. As Entrepreneurship Consultant, I advise student entrepreneurs on drawing up a viable business plan and possibly make connections with a relevant network. My role goes beyond consultancy; I also organise events and meetings within the Emmen branch, focusing on relevant entrepreneurial topics.’

Chantal Stegink
Coach

Chantal Stegink

"I am involved in Center for Entrepreneurship as a "community coach" to support you as an entrepreneurial student if you get stuck on a personal level in relation to your studies and your entrepreneurship. You can think of issues about planning and organising, learning to make choices or, for example, fear of failure or uncertainty. If you are stuck with your studies or for whatever reason do not feel good about yourself, make an appointment with me. I coach in a personal, practical way and now have 15 years' experience coaching (including students) in the university and beyond."

Mandy Visser
Event Coordinator

Mandy Visser

"Besides studying Leisure & Event Management, I work at the Center for Entrepreneurship as an event coordinator. Together with my colleague Merel, I organise educational events for community members. For instance, I look for interesting entrepreneurs with a great story to come and speak, I invite experts in different fields to give workshops and every month we organise a get-together where we link a theme with relevant issues from students. Through these events, I hope to inspire members and bring them closer together."

Tayshia Weber
Marketing & Communication

Tayshia Weber

"Ta-ie-sja. That's how you pronounce my name. An enthusiastic (and sometimes cork-dry) creative. After completing my studies as an AD Creative Media Professional, I am now working almost full-time as an independent graphic entrepreneur. I also work one day a week at the CfE as a graphic designer. It is great to work as an entrepreneur for an organisation dedicated to all things related to business. Besides further developing my skills in the field of communication and teamwork, I also gain valuable insights that help me in my own enterprise. I am glad I was connected with the CfE during my studies, and I would recommend it to everyone!"

"After spending more than 25 years in the management and board of several companies, I was given the opportunity at NHL Stenden's beautiful Center for Entrepreneurship, to prepare students who want to start for themselves for a career as an entrepreneur. Virtually all facets of entrepreneurship come up during my consultancy talks and classes.  I see it as my job to make them as enthusiastic for the profession as I am myself. And how proud we at the Centre are of every successful start-up of our students."
