The library offers a large amount and variety of resources, both physical and digital. If you are conducting research and are looking for (scientific) literature, the library can assist you with:

Research Lab
Need some (extra) help with your graduation assignment? Or did you get stuck in your research assignment and need a feedback or some brainstorming? Then stop by the research lab on Mondays between 11.00 and 15.00!
The research lab is for all students at NHL Stenden and offers help in setting up, conducting and/or completing a research assignment such as thesis, professional product, accountability paper and other types of assignments in which you will be performing research.
The research lab can be found at Rengerslaan 8, in the library's study area near the language lab. You can also ask your question at researchlab@nhlstenden.com or make an online appointment through Teams.
Long- time students with more than one year of study delay can participate in a graduation bootcamp. Check here for more information.

Research Services digital desk
For support for researchers, please refer to Research Services. The digital desk 'Research Services' aims to inform and support researchers within the NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences in conducting research, for example with: Grant application, Ethical advice and scientific integrity, Privacy and Security, Data Management and Publishing.
Research Services supports (open access) publishing in the areas of:
- Application and use of persistent identifiers (PIDs) such as ISBN, DOI, ORCID, ROR.
- Questions about copyright, the use of Creative Commons.
- Publishing in repositories (including metadata).
- Publishing (open access) in journals (APCs, read & publish deal).
- Avoiding predatory journals.
