Workplaces
If you’re looking for a quiet place to work or study then check out the study landscapes. You can settle down with your own laptop or use one of the PCs . There are also break-out rooms available for you to work in with your team. And, of course, there’s wifi everywhere. There are also multifunctional printers located throughout the building where you can copy, print and scan documents, using your NHL Stenden MyCard to pay.

If you’re wondering if you’ve chosen the right degree or you need help exploring your options, the study choice advisors at Study Choice Advice can help. Even if you don’t yet study at NHL Stenden, you can call on them for advice.
International Office
We want to prepare you for an international, intercultural, and ever-changing environment, so that you can dive into the unknown and gain experience in an international context. Through NHL Stenden, you can take a minor subject through the Grand Tour programme to Indonesia, South Africa and Thailand, go on an exchange to one of our partner universities, join a short-term programme through RUN-EU or do your internship abroad. The International Office can advise you on the best track for you.
Student Info
Student Info is there to answer your practical questions, for instance on enrolling, on the progress your making in your studies, and on international mobility and with general information about study programmes.
Service Desk
If you have any questions about ICT facilities, renting audio-visual equipment or about your NHL Stenden MyCard, the Service Desk is on hand to help.
iShop/Document Centre
Office supplies, postcards and NHL Stenden merchandise are all available at the iShop and through the Document Centre, you can get your papers printed and bound or even get t-shirts printed.
Library
The NHL Stenden library offers a welcoming and inspiring place for students and staff to study, do research or meet up. In addition to a comprehensive print collection, the library also has an extensive digital collection that is accessible 24/7.
StudentSuccessCentre
The StudentSuccessCentre provides additional support to students so that they can get the most of their time as a students. This includes free training courses and workshops on improving study skills, balancing work and study and writing papers. You can also contact one of the student counsellors through the StudentSuccessCentre if you need extra facilities or feel you’re struggling with your studies.
Food & drink
There are a number of places on campus where you can get something to eat or drink. And there are various terraces and gardens where you can enjoy your lunch or relax for a while. There are vending machines located throughout the buildings for coffee and tea as well as great coffee bars and eateries open throughout the day.
