During Research Day 2023, our information specialists Sonja de Haan and Nynke Janna Borsje will give a workshop on literature review support and our information specialist Olga van Dijk will give a workshop on systematic review.
Doing literature searches and systematic reviews are very important for scientific research.
A literature review ensures that you are aware of previous research and findings in your field, while a systematic review is a structured and systematic method of collecting and analysing all available scientific literature on a specific topic in order to arrive at an overview of the current state of affairs and any gaps in the research field.
