Professorship of Applied Sciences in Computer Vision & Artificial Intelligence
Fredrik-Otto Lautenbag (1997) graduated in 2023 from NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences with a master’s degree in Computer Vision & Data Science and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. During his master’s research, he focused on classifying harmful insects using image transformers. In addition, he investigated domain adaptation of object detection models for disease recognition in potatoes. He was also involved in designing a setup for photographing flying insects. After graduating, Fredrik was hired as a junior researcher at the Computer Vision & Artificial Intelligence research group. In this role, he works on practice-oriented research and supports the supervision of students in both the minor and master’s programs.
