Esther has been working for the Green Economics & Process Optimization research group since 2020, conducting research on synchromodality in Northern Netherlands. She collaborates extensively with international and regional shippers, carriers, and governments. She excels at connecting these parties and building trust to work together on (social) innovation. Additionally, she teaches in the Logistics Management program.
