Professorship of Applied Sciences in Computer Vision & Data Science
Willem Dijkstra (1993) has graduated from the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen in the master Computing Science. During his thesis he worked on localizing and classifying polyps in colonoscopy images using artificial intelligence. After his graduation Willem started working at the Professorship of Applied Sciences in Computer Vision & Data Science where he was one of the developers of the master Computer Vision & Data Science. During his day-to-day work he teaches and supervises minor and master students. Together with these students he works on applied research projects.
