Introduction days Leeuwarden
You’re almost ready and your exchange semester is about to start! There’s just one more thing you need to do – explore your student town with fellow exchange students. The first of three introduction days starts on Wednesday 26 August 2026. You can find the programme of the introduction week here!
These three days are packed with fun and interesting activities organised by the International Office! Make sure to arrive in Leeuwarden before January 28 so you have plenty of time to enjoy it all! You’ll also have events organised by the programme you are joining, so make sure you keep an eye on your NHL Stenden email and on the social media channels. Especially as some events are compulsory!
Note: if you’re doing your exchange on the campus in Assen, Emmen, Meppel, Groningen or Terschelling, then we have a different programme for you. The campus will contact you with more information.
