Anna Kálmán is an Organisational Manager within the European Influencers Academy and the Professorship of Organisations and Social Media at NHL Stenden. Her work focuses on project and event management, strategic development, and creating meaningful educational experiences that connect students, influencers and the industry.
Originally from Budapest, Hungary, Anna moved to Leeuwarden in 2020 to study at NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences. She obtained a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management, specializing in Events and Weddings, and a Master’s in Content and Media Strategy with a focus on Educational Marketing.
She began her career in luxury hospitality, but discovered that her real interest lies in education. She is driven by the dynamic environment of education, where students and educators come together to create new ideas, perspectives, and future paths. This led her to further develop her skills in mentorship and educational program development, which ultimately brought her back to NHL Stenden.

Currently, Anna works as an Organisational Manager, where she combines project management, strategic development, stakeholder coordination, and mentoring students. She leads the concepting and execution of large-scale projects such as the Swipe Up Week, where she brings together European influencers for educational and reflective programs with researchers and policymakers, focused on responsible influencing and the role of creators in society. She also develops new initiatives to strengthen the community and increase brand visibility. Anna thrives in dynamic environments where no two days are the same and where creativity and structure come together.
What drives Anna is the belief that education goes beyond knowledge transfer. She sees it as a space for building confidence, co-creation, and meaningful experiences. This perspective shapes how she designs projects and collaborates with students, aiming to create environments where people feel engaged, valued, and able to grow.
