Ewald Chocolaad
"After spending more than 25 years in the management and board of several companies, I was given the opportunity at NHL Stenden's beautiful Center for Entrepreneurship, to prepare students who want to start for themselves for a career as an entrepreneur. Virtually all facets of entrepreneurship come up during my consultancy talks and classes. I see it as my job to make them as enthusiastic for the profession as I am myself. "I am involved in Center for Entrepreneurship as a "community coach" to support you as an entrepreneurial student if you get stuck on a personal level in relation to your studies and your entrepreneurship. You can think of issues about planning and organising, learning to make choices or, for example, fear of failure or uncertainty. If you are stuck with your studies or for whatever reason do not feel good about yourself, make an appointment with me. I coach in a personal, practical way and now have 15 years' experience coaching (including students) in the university and beyond."

Merel Lunter
"As a front office assistant and hospitality agent at the Centre for Entrepreneurship, I am the first point of contact for everyone. I provide a warm welcome and help students, teachers and entrepreneurs get in touch with the right colleague at the CfE.B esides giving information and support, I help organise events and activities. It's great to see how students grow and I'm proud to contribute to this."

Inge Visser
"I am active as coordinator at the Center for Entrepreneurship. This is literally the backbone of the CfE and is intended to strengthen entrepreneurship and education. Part of this is the development of the Top Entrepreneur Scheme (TOR), proud that this is also part of my hand. This will facilitate entrepreneurship and education even better. With a background as a (sub-) top athlete, I understand the entrepreneurial students like no other, there are many similarities. In fact, I see the importance of all facets of facilitating entrepreneurship or entrepreneurialism, from TOR to community to educational offerings.

‘Bringing entrepreneurial students one step closer to their entrepreneurial dream is what energises me. As Entrepreneurship Consultant, I advise student entrepreneurs on drawing up a viable business plan and possibly make connections with a relevant network. My role goes beyond consultancy; I also organise events and meetings within the Emmen branch, focusing on relevant entrepreneurial topics.’

Stéfanie van Randwijk
“As an all-around staff member, I work in Emmen and Leeuwarden. In Emmen, I focus primarily on community development, organizing events, and coaching students. In Leeuwarden, I also contribute to various programs.
In addition to my work at the CFE, I run my own photography business. Because of this, I know from experience what creative entrepreneurship entails. That’s exactly why I enjoy mentoring (creative) entrepreneurs, brainstorming their ideas, and helping them grow.
What defines me is my creative and entrepreneurial perspective. I enjoy inspiring people, brainstorming with them, and working together to identify opportunities that aren’t always immediately apparent. It’s precisely at the intersection of creativity and entrepreneurship that I feel most at home.
Authenticity, love, and trust are central to my photography. At the CFE, it’s all about creativity, connection, and taking action for me. I bring that combination to my work: connecting ideas with people and bringing them to life step by step.
