Hospitality Management (AD) Work & Study course overview
This Associate Degree prepares you to become a specialist in the hospitality industry. In the first part of the programme, you’ll master the skills needed to work as an independent professional. In the second part, you’ll level up and focus on becoming a supervisor.
Every two weeks, you’ll join us for an engaging class day in Amsterdam. The rest of your time is all about learning on the job ((at least 24 hours per week in the Netherlands) and self-study. You won’t do it alone—your personal coach will guide and support you every step of the way.
Flexible study programme
Your study journey begins with an intake assessment. Together with your study coach, you’ll review what you already know and have learned. This can help shorten your path to a diploma.
Each part of your study concludes with an assessment, where you demonstrate that you have achieved the required level.
You will work in an interactive online learning environment, staying connected with your study coaches and fellow students. In addition, you will attend in-person class days for hands-on training and direct feedback.
Your first year in the dual Associate Degree in Hospitality Management is all about mastering the basics and gaining new knowledge. At the same time, you’ll work on your personal development, discover what you excel at and identify areas for growth. The focus is on you, both as a person and a future hospitality professional.
On class days, you’ll discuss your personal learning journey with your coach, dive into inspiring guest lectures, and join interactive knowledge sessions.
Grow as a leader! You’ll develop key management skills and put them into practice at a higher level in your job.
On class days, you’ll discuss your personal learning journey with your coach, gain insights from inspiring guest speakers, and take part in engaging knowledge sessions.
