In his day-to-day work, Konstantin balances teaching, coaching, and research. He designs and delivers workshops and lectures, guides master’s students throughout their academic journeys, and supports their personal and professional development. Within his teaching, he focuses on content implementation, AI and learning. To contribute to internationalization efforts, he’s also coordinating and teaching in RUN-EU Short Learning Opportunities.

Konstantin is currently developing a PhD research proposal focused on the impact of artificial intelligence in higher education. He explores how AI is changing the way people learn, particularly the difference between fully outsourcing thinking to AI and using it to enhance human learning. Through his work, he aims to help shape education in a way that ensures students become not only skilled users of AI, but also critical and ethically aware professionals.

A mindset that resonates strongly with his work is reflected in a quote by Ethan Mollick: “Adopting a mindset of continuous learning and adaptation, rather than fixating on AI's current limits, is key to staying ahead of the curve.”
