Entrepreneur & Entrepreneurship: Boost Your Business

Starts in
February & September
Ec
30 ECTS
Location

Minor Entrepreneurship: Boost Your Business is for every student who already runs a business. This minor is a joint program by NHL Stenden and Hanze University of Applied Sciences, but students from all universities of applied sciences are more than welcome to join. Our vision is clear: entrepreneurship cannot be learned from a book. Entrepreneurial students need space to take action, experiment, fail, and grow. That space is often missing in regular programmes and minors, so we create it.

We offer an environment:
• where your business is central;
• where you grow as an entrepreneur, both personally and professionally;
• and where we don’t teach about entrepreneurship, but teach you to be an entrepreneur.

What’s in it for you?
• You work with full focus on your own business not by studying theory, but by building your idea, your company and your personal growth. Everything you learn is applied immediately.
• Coaching from entrepreneurs who are already where you want to be.
• You grow not only as an entrepreneur, but also as a person, gaining confidence, making sharper choices, and gaining clarity about what you want and what you stand for.
• You earn credits while your business grows, learn by doing, and build a strong professional network.

Since 2013, more than 250 alumni and 75 partners and coaches have been part of this programme. The minor is offered in both semesters and is also available in English.

Chances are high that if you meet an entrepreneur in the north of the Netherlands, they are a former Boost Your Business participant.

This minor is offered by the Entrepreneurship & Retail Management programme and can also be followed in Dutch.
