Once you've arranged your journey to the Netherlands, fill out the arrival information form on your iGo portal so we know when to expect you.

Please go to the Student Info desk as soon as you arrive on campus (or at the latest the following working day) so we can register your arrival. The staff at our student info offices on our campus sites can then help you with settling into your new hometown.

Student card

You can collect your student card at the desk of Student Info, building Rengerslaan 8, in the central hall. This card serves multiple purposes; not only is it essential for printing, but it's also required for examinations and parking privileges.

*Hey exchange students! You register your arrival at the international office during your intro week (you'll be sent a date and time for your appointment). After that, you'll be able to pick up your student card from Student Info.
