Dr. Folkert de Jong is a senior lecturer at NHL Stenden and teaches Business Research in the programs Business Administration and HRM. As a researcher, he has recently conducted studies on staffing issues in healthcare and in the field of onboarding.
We educate students for jobs that do not yet exist to tackle problems we have not yet encountered, with tools that have yet to be developed.
