People, Work & Organization

The professorship of Jacqueline Rietveld focuses on research projects that contribute to a more sustainable and inclusive way of working and organizing: sustainable and inclusive HRM and management practices that contribute to the well-being of people, communities, society and the planet.

The professorship prioritizes projects on the HR themes of ‘Sustainable Employability’, ‘Inclusivity’ and ‘Training & Development’ in collaboration with regional SMEs and non-profit organizations. This is especially aimed at vulnerable groups, including young people, older employees, and individuals with a distance to the labor market.
