Senior researcher-lecturer at NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences. He is currently working as a lecturer for various academies at NHL Stenden. He graduated in 1992 in Economic Geography from the University of Groningen and completed his PhD in Business Administration in 2006. Additionally, he is affiliated with the research group People, Work & Organization at the HRM program of NHL Stenden.
