Dr. Wiebren Jansen is associate lector at the Transformational Media professorship.
Wiebren received his PhD in 2015 with a dissertation on diversity and inclusion in work organizations at the University of Groningen. He then worked as an Assistant Professor at Utrecht University. Here he led the Dutch Inclusivity Monitor, a large-scale research and advisory project on diversity and inclusion. Wiebren has been working at NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences since 2022. In his position as associate lector at the Transformational Media professorship, he investigates how organizations can promote social sustainability, with special attention to the role of communication.
