The DP simulator course principally involves simulated DP operations including errors, faults, and failures, giving the participants the opportunity to apply the lessons learned in both the Induction course and the 60 DP sea time days required for completion of qualifying DPO training tasks.

- DP alarms, warnings, and emergency procedure
