Dutch Communication B1.2
Do you want to improve your spoken Dutch? And do you want to talk more easily about your work, studies, or everyday life? Then the Dutch Communication B1.2 course is for you!
This course is for people who have completed Dutch Communication 1.1. You’ll learn to speak, write, read, and listen. The course helps you understand and use Dutch more effectively. We focus primarily on speaking and learning new vocabulary.
- Lots of practice: During class, you’ll talk a lot with other students—in pairs, small groups, or with the whole class.
- Self-study: Every week, you’ll receive assignments to practice at home.
Language used in class: The instructor usually speaks Dutch.
What will you be able to do after the course?
By the end of the course, you’ll be able to have simple conversations in Dutch. You’ll be able to talk about:
- your daily life
- your work or education
- simple topics from the news
You’ll also be able to read short texts and listen to simple conversations at the B1 level. You’ll use simple, active sentences.
After successfully completing this course, you can take the Dutch Communication B2.1 course.
