Associate Degrees are generally a two-year study in which you work closely with the industry. An AD carries 120 credits and is equivalent to an EQF level 5/NLQF level 5. Students who complete the 2-year programme can either enter the workforce or continue studying for a bachelor’s degree at a university of applied sciences.

An Associate Degree means you have:

  • A fully-fledged higher professional degree in the pocket

  • A degree course attuned to the work field

  • A higher professional degree in 2 years

  • The choice of continuing your studies with a bachelor’s degree straightaway or at a later date
