Content & Media Strategy (Master)

Master Content & Media Strategy course overview

The master Content & Media Strategy at NHL Stenden has been developed in close collaboration with the industry so you get to work on assignments that are real. You will become a strategic analyst with a thorough understanding of content strategy, creation and implementation. Through our educational concept, Design-Based Education (DBE), you work in small teams of students, lecturers, researchers and industry professionals on issues, developing and adapting your visions and ideas to form a solid solution. And your individual research will result in an analytical reflection report and content media strategy that demonstrates your skills at master's level.

Master Content & Media Strategy

The one-year master's programme in Content and Media Strategy introduces you to key concepts related to media content strategy and content marketing. The programme is structured around three building blocks that represent the content and media strategy development cycle:

  • Content Strategy
  • Content Creation
  • Content Implementation

During the course we work closely with the professorship Transformational Media. The research of the professorship focuses on the one hand on practice-based issues related to the development of media concepts with a sustainability objective from a strategic perspective and on the other hand on questions how content and media can be used to positively influence behaviour.
