Processes in organizations produce the services and products that the customer demands. The proper functioning of processes is of great importance for customer satisfaction and therefore for the survival of organizations. In other words, the quality of the processes determines the presentation and performance of the organization. Within this semester, the student acquires knowledge, understanding and skills to visualize and measure processes at a basic level (Current state), and to analyze and improve (Future state). The student does this by planning and managing a project as a group from start-up to completion.
