
What can you expect?
- Active working methods: Lessons will cover practical topics and you will practice a lot in pairs, groups or as a whole group.
- Self-study assignments: Each week you will be given assignments to continue practicing at home and explore new topics.
- Language of instruction: The language of instruction in the group sessions is Dutch.
Goal
By the end of the course, you will be able to have simple conversations about everyday topics, as well as work, education and simple current affairs topics. You will use simple and active sentences. You can also read, listen to and understand texts at level <A2/<B1.
Admission requirements
- For students or staff who have completed the Social Dutch 2 (Previously Basic Dutch A2) course and wish to further develop their knowledge of Dutch.
- For those who have not taken the previous course, we offer an intake. This helps us determine your level and place you in the right group.
