Podcast NHL Stenden Onderzoekt: How can we future-proof healthcare?

In this episode, Professor Job van ’t Veer, project leader Sarah Walburg and host Hidde Bruinsma take you to the frontline of healthcare education. They explain how students practise with real-life simulations: from supporting dying patients, to holding emotionally charged conversations with holograms, and even experiencing what it feels like to live with dementia. The results? Students feel more confident and better prepared and hospitals are now adopting the same approach. In a world where one in three people may soon need to work in healthcare, digital innovation could be the game changer. Listen to the podcast!
