What International Human Resources Management offers

The International Human Resource Management degree brings together the human and the business side of companies and organisations in the international field. With human behaviour taking priority in today’s field of international human resources, this bachelor’s degree integrates psychology throughout, covering issues such as happiness at work, inclusion & diversity, mental health at work and business ethics and law. You get to explore human behaviour and the increasing relevance of mental well-being in the workplace. This will help you develop your analytical and creative skills as well as foster your open mindset regarding globalisation, innovation, inclusion, equity and diversity. The skills you develop will prepare you for work in an international business environment in an economy with an eye for people, planet and profit. 

International Human Recourse Management in practice  

You work on assignments set by professionals in the international field in each year of the course, collaborating in small groups and drawing on the skills and experience of lecturers and professionals in international business. You work on practical projects covering global HRM issues with a particular focus on behavioural science, especially psychology, diversity and inclusivity. This way of working (Design-Based Education)means you not only apply knowledge but also learn the skills you need in human resource management for collaborating and working effectively as a team.  

Gain international experience 

Studying International Human Resource Management at NHL Stenden means spending part of your degree studying and working abroad. In your second year, you get to do an internship abroad, so you can broaden your horizons, develop your professional skills and gain invaluable experience.
