Human resources is a dynamic and rapidly changing field and professional human resource management skills call for a thorough knowledge and understanding of both business concepts and human behaviour in organisations.
- Focus on the human side of HRM
The programme integrates psychology into the subject matter and covers issues such as happiness at work, inclusion & diversity, mental health at work and business ethics and law - Practically oriented study
Working in groups, you not only apply theory to the practical projects you work on, but also learn skills for collaborating and working effectively as a team - Carry out assignments for international organisations
Assignments are set by professionals in the international field and cover current global HRM issues with a particular focus on behavioural science, especially psychology, and diversity and inclusivity - Spend at least five months studying and working abroad
The second and third years of the programme include opportunities to carry out an internship in an international company and follow a minor through our Grand Tour and Exchange options - Learn from professional and committed lecturers and collaborate with experts in the field
Working with the field, means you hear about and experience the latest developments on the work floor
