De verbinding tussen onderzoek, onderwijs en praktijk is van groot belang als we samen de uitdagingen op het gebied van (positieve) gezondheid en zorg in de regio willen aanpakken. Sociale en digitale innovaties kunnen helpen bij het versoepelen, verplaatsen en mogelijk vervangen van zorg. Lise Beumeler werkt vanuit NHL Stenden en het Medisch Centrum Leeuwarden aan toegankelijke zorg en betekenisvol herstel in de regio.
